So...I've noticed that some people here have powers, and some don't. And, more specifically, some don't that ought to.

So those of you with powers - did you lose them when you first arrived here? And how did you get them back?

[Be aware - while Schuldig is certainly interested in the answer to this question, he's also rather interested in just who may out themselves as having powers he needs to keep an eye on.]
