So late to the regain bandwagon

[I'm sorry, Mayfield - did you think you had enough problems as things stood? Did you think the town had made you suffer every possible cruelty already?

Well, not yet! Because today you may go blind.

What this means is that Schuldig got a clothing box with the mail today, which contained his absolutely ridiculous canon outfit. This assault on anything resembling fashion coordination will be strolling down the streets of Mayfield, looking exceedingly pleased with himself and not at all as embarrassed as he ought to be.

He will be visiting several places today:

A) 1248 Williams Road. He has a gun to pick up from Crawford.

B) 310 Miller Street. He's on a completely foreign errand here; he's actually got an apology to make. Farfarello, you may want to mark this day on a calendar.

C) 747 Partridge Drive. Don't worry, Ken, he's there to talk to Nagi~

D) Any house that has one of the people on his list. He's being industrious today! It must be the clothes.

Anyone can run into him while he's walking around town, of course~ The particularly fashion-conscious may want to shoot to kill.]

Aye, it is.

[He doesn't say anything else at all, choosing instead to watch Schuldig carefully, wondering what on earth was on his mind. Schuldig wouldn't have visited casually, and he most certainly wouldn't have this bearing about him if something weren't up. But if Schuldig intends to say, Schuldig will say whether he's asked or not, so Farfarello doesn't bother, not wanting to pressure him into saying before he's ready.]

[When Schuldig eventually speaks, it's in a casually roundabout way.] I guess you've heard about the town's latest prank?

[So something was troubling him. Or at least troubling his dignity. Something to that effect. Farfarello didn't think it was like Schuldig to beat around the bush. Not unless it was job talk or Crawford's orders somehow.]

[Schuldig barks out a short laugh at the thought of his dignity being troubled.] Since when have I had shame enough to have dignity? [Then he continues more seriously.] You're already messed up enough. I just wanted to make sure the town hadn't pushed me into making it worse. [He waves dismissively as though to ward off any possibility that he might actually care.] We've got enough problems as it is.

The words kick off a whirlwind in his mind, spinning around in a frenzy until it's as though a thousand angry demons are shrieking the words at him. It's all he can do to keep his cool as he looks at Schuldig with his ever so carefully blank expression despite the storm in his mind.]

Aye, we've got plenty of those. [Schuldig's concern was ever so nice. Especially because it was so well camouflaged, he didn't have the heart to break that camouflaging. Though he knew him well enough to see through it.]

[Schuldig narrows his eyes at Farfarello, propping his head on a hand.] I can hear you, you know. And I meant what I said. [Schuldig probably doesn't care about you as much as you think, Farfarello...but he also cares more than he lets on, so it's a balance.]
