This guy...tricky. At first, he'd probably be a pretty open book (though there are places in his head he keeps deeply buried even to himself), but if he learns that there are mind readers in Mayfield he'd start doing countermeasures like singing some horrible ear worm song or what have you. If our characters run into each other, give me a poke then and I'll re-evaluate.

Mind control--obviously, the more inclined the Sniper is to do something, the easier it would be to control. Fully against his will? He weighs a good 200 lbs plus. Good luck dragging around that much dead weight. (He doesn't have experience against being mind controlled, but he's developed the ability to go completely slack if someone tried to force him to go somewhere he doesn't want to.)
